We bring this up because this is something we hear often from many people who have felt pulled to therapy for a while but aren’t sure if they actually need it. If you have been going back and forth for a while on whether or not you need it, it might be worth it to give it a shot.
If you have ever felt anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, stressed, dealing with relationship or family difficulties, problems with boundaries, trauma or a difficult life experience, addiction, or grief, then therapy might be right for you. And if you’ve never dealt with any of these issues, please tell us your secret. 🙂

We wish there was a more clearcut answer but it is different for everyone. Some might just want 6-12 weeks, while others might want 6 months- 1 year. Or more or less or anywhere in between. It’s 100% up to you, and we will be happy to give you input on what could help you. We will do our best to ensure that we are not wasting your time and are instead getting straight to the point to maximize the effectiveness of therapy.

You must cancel within 24 hours of your session time, or you may be charged the full rate of your session. This allows us to offer the time slot to someone else who may want it. You can text or call 385-743-1270 to cancel. We try to respect your time and ask the same in return. We appreciate your understanding with our cancellation policy.
